Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a course that you have enrolled through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of making the payment for registering the course.
Web Classroom does not accept cancellation requests for the course once you have started attending the classes and you have attended at-least one class. However, you can stop making the payment for the subsequent month fee if you have opted to pay in instalments.
In case of not continuing the course before starting of classes, please report to our customer service team. This should be reported within 2 days of registering for the course. In case you feel to stop attending the classes due to any personal reason, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of registering for the course. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. However your current month payment will not be returned, but you can stop making the payment for subsequent months.
In case of any refunds approved by Web Classroom, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
